DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Santa Fe

Came on a school trip as a chaperone, everyone was so kind and accommodating. An extra thank you to Erika, in charge of food service. Our breakfast was incredible every day and she was so kind. And to yohana who cleaned our rooms! As well as all front desk/management staff.

The hotel could use a little refresh. But the bed and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were cotton. The elevator is slow. Stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the storage facility. The pool was open but the hot tub was down for maintenance. It would be nice if the app listed that. Price was lower as it did not provide breakfast but had a restaurant attached. It was $10 per plate. We were only silver status at the time so we did not receive a food credit. Ordering hot cook to order breakfast was a very nice change to the precooked scramble and sausages at the Hamptons.

Oscar at the front desk was kind and helpful. All of the staff were polite and respectful. Allergy free cookies are available on request. The hotel location is close to many places. There’s a fitness center with treadmills, free weights, elliptical machine and a peloton bike (it wasn’t working). We had a complimentary breakfast which was a typical hotel meal with egg & potato burritos, etc.. The bed was comfortable, shower was good, and there is a balcony. Not a top tier hotel, but still a good place to stay.

Great experience, check in experience was smooth and easy be aware you when making reservations you do have to option in for paid breakfast. The room shown in the pictures are the 1 King bed JR suite with the sofabed couch. If you’re traveling with 1 or 2 people only i’d say getting this suite is a little over kill especially because it’s very roomy but it’s not really necessary space. Every room has a balcony access which was an added plus even tho it was very it still was a great view. The soaps here are crabtree and evelyn and they’re definitely the best soaps i’ve ever used from a hotel. slight negative the hot tub was closed during my stay , the pool was semi warmed for even being 45 degrees outside. In conclusion great stay would recommend you anyone visiting santa fe looking for a good clean and comfortable stay !

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great for doing things in and around Santa Fe, however for me, working in Los Alamos meant I had a bit of a drive, but that wasn't a big deal. They are in the middle of a renovation, so some of the main facility areas and rooms are done, and some are not. I do believe when the renovation is complete it will be a fantastic place to stay again.

Stayed for one night in late February. Frequent Hilton guest. Our room, 434, was very nice, but the bathroom is dated. Before going to the room, I asked the front desk person if the room I had selected online is one of the recently renovated rooms. He told me that the renovations are mostly done. However, the bathroom did not appear to have been renovated, so either he lied to me, or the bathrooms are not being renovated this round. The hallway on the 4th floor was stifling hot, including the fitness center, so we couldn't workout. The pool is not conducive to lap swimming due to its odd shape. The hot tub was empty/closed. The buffet breakfast was above average with great service. All staff encountered were very friendly. I am still giving the hotel a high rating because we had a good stay.

Great location downtown, by far some of the friendliest staff on this site and great accommodations. Ernesto is incredibly outgoing and accomodating, as well as davids humor to to evening! Linda provides excellent service with a smile during the daytime checkin hours. Pool is heated and it is indoor/outdoor so you get the best of both worlds. They are currently under renovations, however that gives you a better chance at getting a balcony view for less

There are so many things to enjoy about this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and each bed had 4 great pillows on them The staff were all very kind, and helpful. Even the decor was peace and harmonious! The lovely tourqouise, and earthy colors on the upholstery, accentuated in the wall art and carpeting. The comfy lobby furniture just calls to a person's innate search for calmness. Gazing at the mesmerizing dancing flames in the stone fireplace is hypnotic. The bedroom had a lovely private lanai, with chairs for evening stargazing. There is traffic, however, we the fan option in the rooms heating/cooling device was a nice white noise availability to drown out any external sounds. It was my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a delightful brownie, topped with ice cream and two birthday candles . Enjoy your stay, I enjoyed mine.
